Our community guidelines are here to protect that mission — making Maple Match a fun, safe, and inclusive place for everyone. Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform.
🌟 What We Expect From You
1. Respect boundaries
What feels okay for one person might not for another. Avoid sexually explicit content, nudity, or looking for hookups in your public profile. If you’re chatting and both parties are clearly comfortable, that’s your space — but remember: consent is everything.
2. Protect your privacy
Don’t share your phone number, email, social handles, or banking information in your bio or public chat. Never pressure someone for theirs. If someone asks for money or investment advice, it’s likely a scam — report it.
3. Keep it safe and non-violent
We do not allow any content involving violence, weapons, blood, or harm — toward people or animals. If you or someone else is in danger, please seek immediate help and report it to us.
4. This is not a place to promote or sell
No ads, no self-promotion, no campaigns. Maple Match is not a place for selling products, recruiting followers, or seeking “sugar” relationships or transactional arrangements.
5. Be real
Don’t pretend to be someone else. Fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonation — even as a joke — are not allowed.
6. Speak kindly
Cultural backgrounds vary — so lead with kindness. Avoid insults, bullying, threats, doxxing, harassment, or any form of manipulation.
We don’t tolerate discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, class, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, body type, health, or disability. If someone doesn’t align with your preferences, just swipe left — no need for hate.
7. Choose kindness
Whether in chat or in person, never encourage, threaten, or suggest harming others. If something happens, take care of yourself first, then report it. We’re here to support you.
8. Adults only
Maple Match is for users 18 years and older. No photos of minors, even if it’s a childhood pic.
9. Follow the law
Illegal content, drug sales, underage activity, human trafficking, or anything else criminal has no place here. We’ll report it and remove it — without exception.
10. One person, one account
Share your story — not your login. No shared accounts, no multiple accounts per person.
11. Use your own content
Don’t upload photos, screenshots, or content that belongs to someone else without consent. Respect copyright and privacy.
12. Keep it real, don’t exploit
No spamming, phishing, scamming, or misleading others. Don’t send harmful links or try to manipulate the system.
13. Stay active
Accounts inactive for 24 months may be removed. Just check in from time to time !

See something that feels off ? Say something. Every report helps protect the community — and you. All reports are confidential and taken seriously.

Violations of our guidelines or terms of service may result in account review, suspension, or permanent removal — with no refunds. This applies even if something happened off the app but involved someone you met on Maple Match.
